M6 smart motorway Just had confirmation that the miniscule amount of noise barrier that was proposed for the end of oak tree lane is now not going to be built!

Due to the fact that they now realise the one property it was supposed to protect has been demolished, despite the fact they relied on this barrier as evidence they were doing something to protect other properties on oak tree lane evidenced by correspondence to the owners of Ashland’s

The predicted noise levels they state are incorrect, levels taken this pm show more than ten decibels higher than what they state, it’s the old adage put garbage into a computer and you get garbage out.

Voice your concerns on noise and pollution and ask why they are not implementing the EU directives. And not carrying out an environmental impact assessment
