The meeting last night with Fiona Bruce MP was very positive, thanks to those who attended, Fiona took on board all our concerns and agreed that the highway England responses were not adequate and that they need a parliamentary bomb up them, her words ,she will ask in parliament the roads minister responsible for a proper response and explanation on why they are not putting forward proposals to eliminate the problems that the m6 is causing.

She listened intently to residents’ concerns and will take this matter forward, I have had feedback from residents that attended last night and the feeling is that she responded extremely well .

We shall see what happens in the next few weeks, in the mean time we need to concentrate on the meeting at the Cranage village hall on the 1st of December at 7 pm, where kate Bernie the project manager  for the m6 upgrade will be in attendance to answer residents questions.

The press have already said they will attend ,put it in your diary now and tell your friends and neighbours and encourage them to attend, we are all affected by the noise and the pollution and it is reducing life expectancy  and at the very least our health.
